saṃsṛṣṭe tu bhiṣak prājño yojayeta yathābalam
sannipātasamutthāne tridoṣaśamanaṃ hitam
When [doshas are] combined, however, the wise physician should administer according to strength. / When originating from a combination of all three humours, pacification of the three humours is wholesome.
