kolānyutkvāthya kalkaṃ vā yaṣṭīmadhukasaṃyutam
netrāmaye mukhālepaḥ kaśyapastatpraśaṃsati

Having boiled jujubes, or [using] a paste [of them] mixed with yaṣṭīmadhuka, / an application to the face in eye disease is praised by Kaśyapa.
