śoṣayitvā vikāreṣu naikajeṣu pradāpayet
timire toyasaṃsṛṣṭā kothake mārkavena tu

having dried [them], one should administer [them] in manifold afflictions: / mixed with water in cataract; but with mārkava [juice] in kothaka;
