niryūheṇa samaṃ dadyānmāṃsaniryūhameva tu
kāryaḥ satilakalko vā jīrṇātīsāraśāntaye
One should give it with an extract [of herbs], or with a meat extract in equal measure; / or it should be prepared with sesame paste for the relief of chronic diarrhoea.
