koṣṭhānu sā''maṃ śākhābhyaḥ samyaksaṃvāhitasya ca
nirūhaṃ yojayet prājñaḥ sarvopakaraṇānvitaḥ
whose unripe humours have been driven to the digestive tract from the extremities, and who has been well massaged, / the wise physician, furnished with all equipment, should apply a decoction enema.
