prasṛtau māṃsaniryūhānmūtraprasṛtameva ca
dvādaśaprasṛto bastirityevaṃ khajamūrcchitaḥ

two prasṛtas of meat juice, and one prasṛta of urine: / thus an enema of twelve prasṛtas is stirred with a churning stick;
