pradhārya buddhyā matimām̐stattatkarmāvacāraṇam
avasthāyāmavasthāyāṃ kuryāt samyagatandritaḥ
having weighed these with his intellect, the discerning [physician] should carry out the application of each procedure / properly and unweariedly in each particular condition.
