auṣṇyācchaityaṃ nihantyāśu tailaṃ puṣṭi karoti ca
manaḥprasādaḥ snehaṃ ca balavarṇamathāpi ca
and by its heat it quickly destroys coldness; and oil produces nourishment, / mental serenity, unctuousness, as well as strength and complexion.
