nirūhasādhyā ye kecidvikārāḥ samudāhṛtāḥ
tāñjayedbastinā'nena mūtrāghātāṃśca nāśayet

Whatever afflictions are proclaimed to be curable by non-unctuous enema (nirūha),
one should conquer them with this enema, and it destroys retention of urine.
