athāvikaṃ pathyatamaṃ śṛtoṣṇaṃ mājaṃ payo vai śṛtaśītam eva /
dhārāsuśītaṃ mahiṣīpayaś ca dhāroṣṇam evaṃ hitam eva gavyam // 13 //

Ewe's milk is most wholesome boiled and warm, and goat's milk indeed boiled and cooled; / buffalo's milk is thoroughly cooled from the stream, and cow's milk is wholesome precisely warm from the udder. // 13
