māhiṣyaṃ tan mānuṣaṇāṃ ca śastaṃ balyaṃ vṛṣyaṃ bastisādaṃ karoti /
medodbhūtaṃ mehakṛcchaityakāri tasmān nityaṃ sarvakālaṃ niṣevyam //
That buffalo product is praised for humans, strength-giving, aphrodisiac, [yet] causes weakness of the bladder; / arising from fat tissue, it produces urinary disorders and causes coldness; therefore, it may be consumed constantly at all times.
