gulmārśognahaṇīkṣaye ca jaṭhare mandānalādhmātake
śophe pāṇḍugalagrahe ca jagade (vraṇagade) mohe (mehe) ca netrāmaye /
vātārucyatisārake kaphayute kuṣṭhapratiśyāyake
uṣṇaṃ vāri suśītalaṃ śṛtahimaṃ svalpaṃ prapeyaṃ jalam // 60 //

In abdominal lump, haemorrhoids, duodenal disease, wasting, and abdominal enlargement; in dull digestive fire and flatulence; / in swelling, anaemia, and throat constriction; in wounds, urinary disorder, and eye disease; / in anorexia and diarrhoea due to vāta accompanied by kapha; in skin disease and catarrh; / whether hot water, very cold, or boiled and cooled, very little water should be drunk. // 60
