tṛṣito moham āyāti mohāt prāṇān vimuñcati /
tasmāt svalpaṃ ca dātavyaṃ na kvacid vāri vāryate // 65 //

One who is thirsty falls into delusion; from delusion he loses his life breaths; / therefore, at least a small amount must be given: water is never entirely withheld. // 65
