tejo mṛgāṅkamaule soḍhuṃ yannaiva tejasāṃ puñjaiḥ /
ajarāmaratāṃ vitarati kalpataruṃ ca raseśvaraṃ vande //

Whose brilliance cannot be endured even by masses of lights, the crescent-crested Lord's [splendour],
which grants agelessness and immortality: I bow to the wish-fulfilling tree, the Lord of Mercury.
