2.47

ṣaḍguṇe gandhake jīrṇe mūrchito rogahā bhavet /
<rasamūrchana>
lohapātre'thavā tāmre palaikaṃ śuddhagandhakam //

When six times the amount of sulphur has been digested, it becomes swooned, destroying disease.

In an iron or copper vessel, one pala of purified sulphur [is placed].
