kharāgninā dhamedgāḍhaṃ sattvaṃ muñcanti kāntimat /
sattvasevī vayaḥstambhaṃ kṛtaśuddhirlabhetsudhīḥ //
One should blow [the fire] strongly with a fierce fire; it releases lustrous essence. / Having performed purification, the wise man who partakes of the essence attains suspension of aging.
