agnau saṃtāpya nirguṇḍīrasaiḥ siktaṃ ca saptadhā /
snuhyarkasvarase'pyevaṃ śulbaśuddhirbhaviṣyati //

Having heated it in fire and sprinkled it seven times with nirguṇḍī juice, / and likewise with the fresh juice of snuhī and calotropis, purification of copper will take place.
