mṛtyuñjayo yathābhyāsānmṛtyuṃ jayati dehinām /
tathāyaṃ sādhakendrasya jarāmaraṇanāśanaḥ //
Just as the conqueror of death (Mṛtyuñjaya) through regular practice overcomes the death of embodied beings, / so does this [preparation] destroy old age and death for the chief among practitioners.
