6.39

raso rājamṛgāṅko'yaṃ caturguñjaḥ kaphāpahaḥ /
daśabhiḥ pippalīkṣaudrairmaricaikonaviṃśatiḥ /
saghṛtairdāpayetkvāthaṃ vātaśleṣmodbhave kṣaye //

This Rājamṛgāṅka mercury, in a dose of four guñjās, removes phlegm.
In consumption arising from wind and phlegm, one should give a decoction with ten [parts] long pepper and honey, and nineteen [parts] black pepper
with clarified butter.
