kṛkalāsasya pucchāgraṃ mudrikā protatantubhiḥ /
veṣṭyā kaniṣṭhikā dhāryā naro vīryaṃ na muñcati //

The tip of a chameleon's tail, wound around the little finger / with threads passed through a ring, should be kept on; a man does not release semen.
