tato yonau viśuddhāyāṃ paścāddadyānmahauṣadham /
kumārīkṣīrasaṃyuktaṃ nasye pāne pradāpayet //

Then, when the vagina is purified, one should give the great medicine afterwards; / combined with aloe vera and milk, one should administer it as an errhine and in drink.
