abhrāṇāmeva sarveṣāṃ vajramevottamaṃ sadā
śeṣāṇi trīṇi cābhrāṇi ghorān vyādhīn sṛjanti hi
tasmādyatnena sadvaidyair varjanīyāni nityaśaḥ //
Among all the micas, Vajra alone is always the best; / the remaining three micas give rise to dreadful diseases; / therefore, they must be avoided at all times with care by good physicians.
