sūtaṃ gandhaṃ śilāṃ tālaṃ saṃmathya nimbujairdravaiḥ /
liptvā tanvarkapatrāṇi yantre bhasmābhidhe kṣipet //

Having ground mercury, sulphur, realgar, and orpiment with lime juice,
and smeared it onto thin arka leaves, one should place it in the apparatus called bhasmayantra.
