caturvidhaṃ varaṃ vyoma yadyapyuktaṃ rasāyane /
tathāpi kṛṣṇavarṇābhaṃ koṭikoṭiguṇādhikam //
Although mica of all four kinds is declared excellent in rasāyana, / even so, that having the splendour of the black colour is crores and crores of times superior in virtues.
