athāpāmārgatoyena satailamaricena ca /
vilipya sakalaṃ dehaṃ tiṣṭhed gharme tataḥ param //
and then having smeared the entire body with juice of apāmārga and with oil and black pepper, one should then stand in the heat of the sun.
