mūlāmaśūlajvaraśophahārī kampillako recyagadāpahārī //

It destroys pitta, wounds, flatulence, and constipation; it is the enemy of kapha, abdominal diseases, worms, and abdominal lumps; / it cures piles, undigested toxins, colic, fever, and edema: kampillaka is the remover of diseases treatable by purgation.
