bhūyo bhūyo visūcyartir dehino yasya jāyate /
raso'yaṃ tasya dātavyo maṇḍalānāṃ trayaṃ khalu /
āmaroge ca dātavyo bhiṣagbhirvatsarāvadhi //

To an embodied being who suffers again and again from cholera, / this mercurial preparation should certainly be given for three months; / and in mucous-digestive disorders it should be given by physicians up to the limit of one year.
