13.64

karoti dīpanaṃ tīvraṃ sarvārhaṃ ca priyaṃkaram /
dadāti paramāṃ puṣṭiṃ balaṃ bhīmabalopamam /
paramaṃ vṛṣyamāyuṣyaṃ netryaṃ mukhagadāpaham //

It produces keen digestive fire, is suitable for everyone, and causes delight;
it bestows the highest nourishment, and strength equal to the strength of Bhīma;
it is an excellent aphrodisiac, promotes longevity, is beneficial for the eyes, and removes oral diseases.
