piṣṭvā piṣṭvā pacedevaṃ pañcavāramataḥ param /
dhātrīpatrarasairyadvā triphalākvathitodakaiḥ //
Having ground it repeatedly, one should cook it five times in this manner; / or thereafter with the juices of emblic myrobalan leaves or with water boiled with the three myrobalans.
