palārdhaṃ retitaṃ lohaṃ bālabilvaphalāmbunā /
piṣṭvā piṣṭvā pacetkṣipraṃ bhasmasājjāyate khalu //

[Killing of iron:]
Half a pala of filed iron, ground repeatedly with the water of young bilva fruits,
one should cook quickly; it certainly turns to ash.
