4.25

pathyāśanasya varṣeṇa palitaṃ valibhiḥ saha /
gṛdhradṛṣṭirlasatpuṣṭiḥ sarvārogyasamanvitaḥ //

For one who eats suitable food, graying along with wrinkles is [destroyed] within a year;
he acquires vulture-like vision, glowing nourishment, and is endowed with all health.
