1.15.115

māsānte tatsamuddhṛtya śuddhāṅgo dvipalaṃ sadā /
seveta varṣaparyantaṃ jīvedācandratārakam //

Having taken it out at the end of the month, one whose body is purified should always consume
two palas for the span of a year; he shall live as long as the moon and the stars.
