<śunakaśālmalīphalakalpaḥ>
tatphalaṃ tu gavāṃ kṣīre pācayetkāntapātrake /
phalaṃ tyaktvā pibetkṣīraṃ dīpte'gnau kṣīrabhojanam //

<Regimen of Śunakaśālmalī Fruit>
One should cook its fruit in cow's milk in a magnetic iron vessel;
discarding the fruit, he should drink the milk; when the fire is ablaze, his food is milk.
