<brahmavṛkṣapallavakalpaḥ>
puṇyarkṣe brahmavṛkṣasya pallavāni samāharet /
krimikīṭavihīnāni komalāni śubhāni ca //

<Procedure of the shoots of the Brahmavṛkṣa>
Under an auspicious asterism, one should gather the shoots of the brahmavṛkṣa,
free from worms and insects, tender and auspicious.
