evaṃ varṣe kṛte nasye sahasrāyurbhavennaraḥ /
nīlikāmūlasaṃyuktaṃ tailaṃ cārdhapalaṃ pibet //

Nasal administration being performed in this way for a year, a man attains a lifespan of a thousand years. / And one should drink half a pala of the oil combined with nīlikā root.
