upacāreṣu sarveṣu dadyādācamanaṃ priye /
sarvopacārānmūlena dadyātstotraṃ japecchive //

At every offering of worship, one should present water for sipping, O dear one; / one should present all the offerings of worship with the root mantra, [and] recite the hymn of praise, O Śivā.
