kuṇḍalyām ātmatattvaṃ ca vidyātattvaṃ ca nābhigam /
hṛdaye śivatattvaṃ ca sarvatattvaṃ hi tālugam //

he should contemplate the principle of the Self in the kuṇḍalinī, the principle of knowledge in the navel, / the principle of Śiva in the heart, and the principle of all in the palate;
