Then to Vaṭukanātha: 'O tawny one, radiant with a heavy load of matted hair, tawny, three-eyed, take, take this oblation and worship, svāhā!'
'Oṃ hrīṃ śrīṃ, homage to the Siddhayoginīs, to all mothers!'
'Oṃ hrīṃ śrīṃ, homage to all spirits and to all lords of spirits!'
'Oṃ hrīṃ śrīṃ, O guardian of the local field, take, take this oblation and worship, svāhā!'
'Oṃ hrīṃ śrīṃ, O lord of mercury, guardian of the field, king of kings and supreme lord, take, take this oblation and worship, svāhā!'
One should offer an oblation in this manner, O Śivā, for the pacification of all obstacles.
Then one should recite the root mantra one hundred and eight times before the mercury.
