aṣṭāviṃśati vā kuryāt mūlātpūrvāhutiṃ hunet /
prāṇāyāmaṃ tato nyāsaṃ kṛtvā ca hṛdi dhāraṇam /
evaṃ nityārcanavidhiḥ proktastava surārcite //

or twenty-eight times, he should cast the preliminary oblation with the root [mantra]; / having then performed breath control, the ritual placement, and concentration in the heart, / thus the rule for daily worship has been declared to you, O you who are worshipped by gods.
