caturbhujāṃ raktavarṇāṃ triṇetrāminduśekharām /
raktāmbaradharāṃ devīṃ kambugrīvāṃ kṛpāmayīm //

four-armed, red in complexion, three-eyed, bearing the crescent moon upon her crest,
wearing red garments, the goddess with a conch-like neck, full of compassion;
