pratipātre trikoṇaṃ ca likhenmāyāsamanvitam /
nyasedgandhākṣataṃ puṣpaṃ tridhā mūlena mantrayet //

In each vessel one should draw a triangle accompanied by Māyā [hrīṃ];
one should deposit scented unbroken rice grains and a flower, [and] consecrate [it] three times with the root [mantra].
