<ṣaṣṭhaḥ prakāraḥ mūlikābandhaḥ>
kārkoṭīmūlajairdrāvaiḥ pāradaṃ mardayeddinam /
markaṭīmūlaje piṇḍe kṣipettaṃ marditaṃ rasam //

<Sixth method: herb fixation> / One should grind mercury for a day with the juices of the root of kārkoṭī; / one should put that triturated mercury into a lump produced from the root of markaṭī.
