cūrṇito bhakṣitaḥ prātaḥ sarvarogavināśakaḥ /
<dvādaśaḥ prakāraḥ mūlikābandhaḥ>
kapitthasya śiphānīrairyāmaṃ sūtaṃ vimardayet //

powdered and consumed in the morning, it destroys all diseases.
