tenaiva ghātayettīkṣṇaṃ bhasmībhūtatvamāpnuyāt /
tadbhasma tāmrapiṣṭe tu triguṇaṃ tena nirvahet //
With that very [substance] one should kill cast iron, and it attains the state of ash; / that ash, in a paste of copper, carries three times its amount.
