melayitvā rasaṃ guñjāmānaṃ trimadhusaṃyutam /
khādet kṣīrājyaśālyannaṃ bhojyamanyacca varjayet //
having mixed the mercury to the measure of a guñjā combined with the three sweets,
one should eat it; one's food should be milk, ghee, and śāli rice, and one should avoid other [foods].
