lohasya ṣoḍaśāṃśaṃ ca nārīstanyena mardayet /
sthālyāṃ pākaṃ saṃpuṭe ca puṭaṃ kurvīta ṣoḍaśa //

to a sixteenth part of the iron, and one should triturate it with woman's breast milk. / One should carry out cooking in a pot and roasting in a casket sixteen times.
