yāvatkṣīṇajalaṃ kvāthyaṃ kṣīraṃ cānupibetpriye /
tadasātmye varākvāthaṃ guḍūcyā vā kaṣāyakam //

it should be boiled until the water is gone, and that milk is to be drunk as an after-drink, my dear. / If that is unwholesome, a decoction of triphalā or a decoction of guḍūcī [may be drunk].
