<kāntasattvapātanam>
ādau sampūjya durgāṃ ca gaṇeśaṃ bhairavaṃ priye /
tīvrāgninā dahetkāntaṃ secayettriphalāmbunā //

<Extraction of the essence of magnet>
Having first worshipped Durgā, Gaṇeśa, and Bhairava, O beloved,
one should burn the magnet with intense fire and quench it in triphalā water.
