sa bhavetkāntasevārhastvevamabhrakasevayā /
<kāntarasāyanam>
pūrvavadbhasmayetkāntaṃ varānirguṇḍibhṛṅgajaiḥ //

By such use of mica he becomes eligible for the administration of loadstone.

One should reduce loadstone to ash as before with the [juices] produced from the three myrobalans, nirguṇḍī, and bhṛṅga.
