muṇḍinirguṇḍikābhṛṅgavarānīreṇa pārvati /
māṣatrayonmitaṃ prātarlihetkṣaudraghṛtāplutam //

with the water of muṇḍī, nirguṇḍī, bhṛṅga, and the three myrobalans, O Pārvatī!
In the morning, one should lick the measure of three māṣas drenched in honey and ghee.
